Please read these terms of service carefully before using our services

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our water supply services, visiting this website, or contacting Darasa Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Association, Inc. (DRWSA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable Philippine laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These terms apply to all water service consumers, applicants, visitors to our website, and others who access or use our services in Darasa, Tanauan City, Batangas.

2. Water Service

DRWSA provides water supply and sanitation services to the Darasa community. Service is subject to connection fees, monthly billing, and compliance with our rules and regulations. Water rates and fees are posted at our office and on the Pricing page. You must maintain your connection in good standing, ensure meter access for readings, and report leaks or problems promptly.

3. Applications and Billing

When applying for a new water connection, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including valid ID and proof of residence. Failure to do so may result in delay or denial of your application.

Important Notice

You are responsible for timely payment of water bills. Non-payment may result in disconnection of service. Keep your receipts and report any billing disputes to our office.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not tamper with meters, bypass connections, waste water, or use the service for purposes that violate our rules. The following are prohibited:

Tampering with water meters or pipes
Unauthorized connections or bypasses
Obstructing meter readers or maintenance personnel
Using water for illegal or unauthorized purposes

5. Disclaimers

Our water service is provided in accordance with available supply and infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events may affect supply. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted supply at all times.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Water supply will be uninterrupted 24/7
  • Pressure will be constant in all areas
  • Website information will be error-free
  • Emergency repairs will be completed within a fixed time

6. Limitation of Liability

DRWSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service interruption, pressure fluctuations, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Philippine law.

8. Termination

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanauan City or Batangas Province.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and, when practicable, at our office.

By continuing to use our water service or this website after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
